Story

Ten years inside lean teams — now building systems others can own

For ten years I worked inside lean startups and scale-ups — owning operations across six portfolio businesses simultaneously, building infrastructure from scratch, and automating manual work that slowed teams down.

That background made me practical about AI. I care less about impressive demos and more about how work gets captured, routed, checked, reported and handed over when the team is busy.

Today I sit between operations leadership and systems build. I can join a team, lead a focused transformation, or deliver a scoped automation project — but the aim is always the same: make the system easier for other people to run.
